I, Dean Foote was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.  I am married to Pamela Foote, and have three children, Mackenzie, age 16, Stephanie age 14, and Taylor, age 10.  I am a proud supporter of Union Schools and Union sports programs.  I am actively involved in the local community where I am a certified coach in baseball, softball, football, and hockey.  Currently, I am serving on the Tulsa Youth Hockey Association Board of Directors.  

While in Canada, I worked for General Motors of Canada as a Millwright and Crane Operator for nearly twenty years.  My family and I relocated to the United States in 1994.  My wife Pamela, is a registered nurse and works primarily in Pediatrics.

After several moves, we are now grounded here in Tulsa/Broken Arrow, and we are proud to call Tulsa/Broken Arrow our home.  After experiencing several problems with insurance companies, arguing with utility companies, and being forced to accept the demands of big business, I started my practice as a plaintiff's attorney with a goal to understand the intricacies of the legal system which is forced upon the public on a daily basis.
